Somatic yoga practices focused upon 'smriti', return to presence.

Somatic yoga practices are a soothing of the nervous system, a slowing down of the body and mind.

In this slowing down, you are drawn into the sensual wonder, the visual feasts for the eyes, the scents that intoxicate, the feelings of warmth on the skin, and the sense of remembrance, I am nature, I am holy, I am whole.

Sessions focus on a deepening of this connection whilst focusing on strengthening the physical body, breath body, and subtle body

Anna has been a yogi and mentor for 15 years. She spent 3 years living in an ashram in India, where she studied yoga in depth. While residing in the Middle East, she wrote a series of articles for the Gulf News' weekly Health and Well-being column on behalf of Bharat Thakur’s Artistic Yoga.

With a deep physical and anatomical understanding of the body, her sessions are loosely inspired by dynamic Hatha, Kundalini and Tantric practices to address common wellbeing issues.
